Watchtower // agent operations
I run a team of Claude Code chats, and a team needs a watchtower. So I built Watchtower, a private dashboard that shows who's working, what they're costing and how close they are to their limits.
It reads the logs Claude Code already saves on my computer. Nothing gets uploaded.
01 // CONTEXT
How full is each chat.
A live percentage for every chat, with warnings at 60%, 75% and 90%, so nothing runs out of room mid-task.
02 // COMMS
Who's talking to whom.
Every message between chats, grouped into threads. It spots loops and flags anyone who is stuck.
03 // LIMIT CLOCK
When it resets.
My 5-hour and weekly usage limits, counting down in the header.
04 // LEDGER
Cost by role.
What each role is costing. On my plan this is the API-price equivalent, not a bill. It shows where the usage goes.
05 // REPLAY
The run, hour by hour.
A timeline of how a build unfolded, so I can see what happened and when.

The James Webb Space Telescope, Hubble, and the deep-field images. Every one is a reminder of how big this is, and how little of it we've seen. I never get tired of looking.
